How did you first hear about FuzziBunz and modern cloth diapers?
I was first introduced to cloth diapering and FuzziBunz by a nanny for a family that was very into “being green.” After using them on their children, I completely fell in love with the modern cloth diaper system. Months before our daughter was born, I did lots of research and decided that the FuzziBunz One Size diaper was the best choice for my family.
Why do you cloth diaper?
I cloth diaper for many reasons. The most important being that cloth diapers are cost-savers. True, the initial investment is a lot more than a pack of disposable diapers, but they pay for themselves within a few weeks. The longevity of the FuzziBunz is wonderful. I have every intention of using them for multiple children. Not only are cloth diapers cute and trendy, they are also more eco-friendly and the blowout protection is impressive.

I’ll admit that choosing to cloth diaper is an investment for my family. So, what better way to protect my investment than using products that are specifically designed just for cleaning/protecting cloth diapers. More specifically, Rockin’ Green Cloth Diaper Detergent. This product is cloth diapers best kept secret! I also never machine dry the actual diaper, only the inserts. After washing, I hang dry the diapers in the laundry room and the inserts go right in the dryer.
What one word describes your parenting style?
Nurturing.
If you could be any TV or movie mom (real or character), who would it be and why?
Claire Dunphy (Modern Family) because she is a SAHM who knows how to have fun and is very involved with everything and everyone in her family. She is clever, passionate and often a bit impulsive just like myself!
